Refund policy

Please ensure the cartridge you have purchased is correct before opening the packaging.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% handling fee or reject any return bought in error.
We reserve the right to send cartridges for testing before swopping out.
Unused cartridges returned after 7 days will be subject to handling fee at our discretion

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
We do not refund, we credit any and all returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing credits (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a notification about the crediting of your account after you return the product, please contact us at info@smartprinttech.co.za

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Toner Online will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
